The American band whose last release was their self-titled third studio album, (released in 2013) shared the video via Facebook on the 15th of April. The footage appears to show one member filming whilst music is played out loud in a studio. (see video below)
On the 25th of December last year, MGMT tweeted: "2016 is the year MGMT re-dominates your mind hole, see you then." Fuelling speculation as to whether or not the band will return with new music.
