The Smiths Bassist and Cranberries Singer Team Up For New Band

Dolores O'Riordan and Andy Rourke are releasing a debut album Science Agrees in May 2016.
The Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan has formed a new band with The Smiths bassist Andy Rourke. The group D.A.R.K consists of O'Riordan, Rourke and New York-based DJ Ole Koretsky. The group will release their debut album Science Agrees on May the 27th 2016, also their new single 'Curvy' is streaming online right now. Hear it below.
Rourke was The Smiths bassist from 1982-1987, and he recently teamed up with actor James Franco for a Smiths inspired album for the actors band Daddy. O'Riordan recently made headlines after assaulting an air hostess and police officers while on a flight from New York to Ireland in 2014.
